Accounts Technician

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing company based in Lisburn to recruit for an Accounts Technician on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:

Reporting to the Company Accountant specific duties include:

• Sales and purchase ledger processing
• Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Bank payment processing and short-term cash forecasting
• Assisting in preparation of VAT returns
• Assisting in preparation of payroll
• Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts to Trial Balance
• Ad Hoc duties as required

What You Need to Succeed?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Accounts Technician qualification is desirable
