The Company:

Our client is a leading renewable energy based in the Greater Belfast area. They provide a range of products to their extensive customer base across Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Now is a great time to join the company as they look to add an Accounts Assistant to their finance team and continue their impressive growth.

The Role:

As the successful Accounts Assistant you will report to the Finance Manager. You will play a vital role in supporting the finance function in various accounting tasks to help ensure the accuracy of all financial information and to provide administrative support to the wider team.

Specific Duties Include:

• Sales Ledger management including processing invoices, receipting payments received, credit control management and dealing with queries.
• Purchase Ledger management including processing supplier invoices and making payments and dealing with queries.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and streamlining of the accounting systems and procedures.
• Anything else deemed necessary.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience within a finance department, with a strong knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and conscientious about your work!
