2nd Line Support Engineer

MCS Group is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a family-run organisation manufacturing organisation. In this role, you will support over 200 IT end users across 4 different sites, ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems are supported, and protected from cyber attack, and maintain seamless IT functions across all departments within the business.

• Salary dependant upon experience - £30-£5k

The role

• Support over 200 end users, across 4 sites, troubleshooting their IT systems and infrastructure
• Ensure their IT estate is hardened against cyber attack
• Be involved in wide project work to onboard new systems and implement improvements

Needed to succeed

• A proven troubleshooting ability across first or second line support
• The ability to be on site 5 days per week
• Knowledge of ERP systems, AD, IT software and IT hardware
