MCS Group is collaborating with one of Belfast's largest manufacturing companies, actively seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting and vibrant environment, providing support to multiple sites in Belfast. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you can expect a hands-on experience with both hardware and software, ensuring there is never a dull moment. Additionally, you'll have the chance to work on the Service Desk and participate in various projects across the organisation.

This presents an excellent opportunity for a Junior or Graduate IT Support Engineer to take their first step into the world of IT.

The Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support to internal stakeholders within the company.
• Work with DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, and Active Directory on a practical level.
• Offer hands-on support for Windows systems.
• Perform necessary administrative duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses at least 1 year of experience in 1st line support.
• Has prior experience working with Active Directory and Windows systems.
• Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a vehicle, a crucial requirement for this role.

What's Offered:

• Salary range from £25,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience).
• Participation in a 1 in 5-weekend on-call rota.
