Our client is currently searching for a Future Security Change Manager to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within their operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across security operations.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, people, and technology through analytical insights.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage budgets to ensure resource allocation.
- Maintain a robust understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, particularly emphasizing CDM regulations.
- Uphold quality compliance standards to ensure excellence.
- Leverage commercial acumen to drive project success and implement cost-saving measures.
- Apply operational management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize project management knowledge to ensure initiative success.
- Demonstrate proficiency in software packages like MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field.
- Valid driving license.
- Project Management Qualification.
- Lean Six Sigma Qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' project management experience within a complex operational environment.
- Strong coordination and management skills for contractors and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, with a focus on CDM regulations.
- Expertise in quality compliance.
- Commercial acumen in driving project success and cost-saving strategies.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations and their integration into project management.
- Proficiency in software packages such as MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
