The Role:

Strategic Planning and Business Advisory

• Assist in overseeing a portfolio of Business Advisory projects
• Engage and assist in financial analyses and report writing
• Collaborate on comprehensive business plans, including financial forecasting and scenario planning
• Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Assist in developing, documenting and implementing business strategies for clients to drive growth
• Provide support to colleagues on technical issues and be responsible for delivering work of the highest quality
• Corporate Finance and Transaction Services
• M&A Deal Origination and Execution
• Client Management
• Team Collaboration

The Person:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified

• Proven experience in report writing and financial modelling

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key issues from analytical data

• Proven ability to project manage and to manage multiple priorities, working with multiple stakeholders

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service at all times and to tight timescales
