IT Customer Success (Cyber Security)

MCS Group is looking for Customer Success experts who are coming with technical expertise and have an interested in working for a Cyber Security company. This is a business critical role to ensure that your client's organisation is is being best-protected by these portfolio of products.

The Company:

The team operates globally, providing a world-class and superior service in Vulnerability management, detection and protection.

The Role:

  • You will be working as a technical account manager, liaising between technical internal teams and external clients.
  • Here you will be assisting throughout the on boarding and configuration process
  • It is advantageous if you have relevant industry-based experience
  • You will be customer-centric and should have experience coming from a consultancy/client-facing background.
  • You will be problem-solving in your logic and be willing to go above-and-beyond for your client.
  • You need to be willing to facilitate hours that cover US time-zones.
  • Any experience in SIEM, firewalls, IT Infrastructure is highly beneficial.
