MCS Group is delighted to be working with a technical consultancy looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join their team, looking at recent Computer Science graduates interested in a hybrid role between account management, customer success and support.

The Company:

This company produces platform solutions that changes the way data is managed and understood for clients across the globe. This company has recently going through significant growth and is building out their customer success function to help support and build out these functions.

The Role:

  • You will be coming from a Computer Science, Business Information Technology or similar degree with a 2:1 classification or higher.
  • You should be coming from a technical support background or have experience in triaging and dealing with customer queries.
  • You will be client facing and have a strong understanding of how to communicate and deal with various external stakeholders.
  • You will be managing accounts, being able to escalate issues and deal with technical issues.
