MCS Group is proud to be recruiting a first-line support engineer for a firm that conducts business across 120 countries as they want to grow their internal IT support staff. You will be handling a variety of client issues and escalating them in a setting that will help you hone your abilities in a busy but encouraging atmosphere.

The Role:

  • Obtain client requests and handle customer support

  • Utilise the internal CRM system to handle tasks and support requests.
  • Create a schedule for a small group of mobile engineers.
  • With international installation contractors, commission installations
  • Assist engineers in fault finding

What is required for success?

  • minimum of 5 GCSE-level credits, including English and Math.
  • 1-2 years of desirable experience in a comparable capacity
  • knowledge of the CRM system.
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • It will be helpful to have solid geographic knowledge of the world.


  • French or Spanish is a second language that is preferred but not required.
