Business Development Consultant x 2 (ROI and UK Markets)
MCS Group is launching a brand-new division to the IT Contracts team, which will specialise in finding, winning, and delivering for a whole new set of clients across the UK and Ireland. The plan is to build a significant team of technology contract recruitment specialists who will make a strong impact across the ROI and UK markets. With a focus on IT Contract Recruitment, the rewards will be significant with fees significantly higher than in the Northern Ireland market allowing ambitious consultants to earn more, and quickly.
We are seeking Business Development Consultants, to sell our contract recruitment services. The team will be split between Business Development and Service Delivery, enabling the required focus on both winning and servicing business to a high level, therefore the successful candidates will work closely with the Service Delivery Consultants.
Business Development (Client Acquisition) specialists will be high energy, driven individuals who are motivated by winning and see 'closed doors' as a personal challenge. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate drive, resilience and tenacity alongside the skills and customer centric approach required to develop new business relationships with a wide range of companies and decision makers.
Prior commercial experience in a business development or similar role is required, while previous experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential. Either way, you will be open, honest and trustworthy, someone who is ethical in their approach, yet highly driven and ambitious in character. You are motivated by learning and are constantly seeking new ways to develop and improve your professional self.
