As the new Internal Recruiter, you will be joining a prestigeous, global brand, who have multiple sites spread across Northern Ireland. You will be testing your skills in a fast paced environment, working within a dynamic team of recruiters, ensuring that there is a first class talent pipeline coming into the business.
As the Internal Recruiter, you will be recruiting across multiple sites, working on a variety of interesting roles. You will partner with hiring managers to plan and execute an effective recruitment strategy to meet the needs of the business, acting in a timely and efficient manner from sourcing to offer stage.
Managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle, you will play a key role in the future success and growth of the business.
What you'll need:
At least 1 year's experience within a recruitment environment (agency or inhouse).
Strong sourcing skills across a high volume of niche roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of attracting candidates through multiple channels - social media, CV databases etc.
