MCS Group are excited to be partnering with a well known organisation, in their search for a new HR coordinator to join their head office in greater Belfast. You will be joining a progressive professional services organisation, who are growing due to their sustained success. This is a permanent HR coordinator job, in which you will be an important part of the HR team.
As the HR Coordinator, you will support a dynamic HR team as they provide a first class service to a growing business. You will work closely with the HR Manager to give sound advice and guidance on all HR queries, ensuring that all matters are escalated accordingly. You will be heavily involved in the recruitment process, including onboarding all new starts and leading in inductions across the business. You will be responsible for management and upkeep of HR systems and employee filing, including using PAMS. As the HR Coordinator, you will be given the opportunity to work closely with the training and development function, as well as all other HR related duties.
What you'll need:
3rd level qualification in a Business/HR related discipline.
1 year's experience working in a busy HR department.
Strong IT systems Skills - PAMS experience is ESSENTIAL
CIPD Qualification is highly desirable.
