MCS Group is thrilled to be assisting with the recruitment of a HR Talent Partner, for a global professional services brand based in Belfast. This is a senior generalist role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation, focusing on strategic workforce planning, as well as developing and implementing talent management and engagement strategies.

The role

The HR Talent Partner will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all HR aspects for this function, working in partnership with HR colleagues to ensure excellent service is always provided to managers & employees, in a consistent manner.

The successful HR Talent Partner will work closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the Belfast team, as well as other members in global locations, understanding current and future requirements regarding various HR issues, including recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for resource plans to ensure there is a steady pipeline of top talent, ensuring the employers brand is strong, attracting the best talent in the market, at all levels.

The successful HR Talent Partner will be a key point of contact for developing and embedding engagement and cultural strategies, ensuring the organisation remains a great place to work. The role will also involve a combination of strategic and operational HR initiatives, therefore it is important the successful candidate is able to role their sleeves up when required.

To apply for the role

Suitable candidates will possess a relevant degree, ideally be CIPD qualified and have HR Business Partner experience, where they have worked with senior stakeholder,

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent), with a CIPD qualification
  • 4 + years' experience at HR Generalist experience at HRBP level, with experience in two of the following:
    • Strategic Workforce Planning
    • Creating and implementing Talent Management strategies
    • Creating and implementing engagement and culture strategies
  • Recent HR experience in an expanding, professional services environment
  • Knowledge of NI employment legislation
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
