To help push this expansion forward, they require a highly experienced People & Culture Partner on a permanent basis, to come and set up their HR department and support the organisations people agenda.

The team at present in Belfast is reasonably small, with a headcount of around 40, but there are plans to more than double this in 2022. This is a stand-alone role, therefore it is important the successful candidate is happy to get involved in more administrative tasks initially to help set up the HR department, as well as looking at the bigger picture HR strategy for the organisation as they grow. With the growth plans, there is no reason this role can't develop into a much bigger role longer term.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resource plans to ensure there is a steady pipeline of top talent, ensuring the employers brand is strong in a highly competitive market, attracting the best talent at all levels.

As the business continues to expand, the People & Culture Partner will establish a positive working environment, contributing to a great culture, resulting in a highly engaged workforce. There will also be a number of projects for the successful candidate, both locally and globally, strategically pushing the business forward. With this being a newly created role, the People & Culture Partner will be required to set up the HR department from scratch, an exciting greenfield opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to design the people strategy for the organisation.

  • At least 3 years' experience at HR Advisor / HR BP level
  • Degree educated and CIPD qualified
  • Experience of setting up an HR function from scratch in a rapidly expanding organisation
