HR Officer - Part-time - Craigavon
MCS group is delighted to be working alongside a fantastic construction company in the Craigavon area wishing to appoint an HR Officer on a permanent part-time basis. This will be a 20 hour work week which can be spread over 3 days or 5 days, whichever is favourable to you.
The successful candidate will support the management team and employees in policy and procedural implementation and provide HR support, advice and services to the wider business as required. Normal duties will include assisting with training and development, policy development, discipline and grievance and general administration as well as cross functional tasks, such as HR projects.
In this role you must be able to work autonomously and have the confidence to proactively work on and identify HR projects and support and lead on these projects as well as the operational day-to-day requirements of the role. The role may require you to travel occasionally to various sites across NI.
The successful candidate
While not essential it is desirable to have a CIPD membership, knowledge of redundancy and TUPE process and construction industry experience.
