The Role - Recruitment Resourcer
These are not client facing business development roles, we are seeking individuals to build an in-house resourcing team who will focus on candidate acquisition allowing the Recruitment Consultants to focus all their efforts into delivering for the client. The Recruitment Resourcer's will play a vital role in the organisation and have excellent long-term career prospects including management opportunities or principal resourcing consultant opportunities.
The role will include
Working alongside consultants to identify in demand skill sets in order to develop talent pipelines for hiring needs across the business.
Use best in class technology provided to be proactive & creative to source the best available talent.
Alongside the consultants you will be responsible for delivering the candidate acquisition strategy including networking, attending & hosting meet ups.
Assist in building marketing strategies to help increase brand awareness & candidate acquisition.
Assist with job adverts, pre-screening & shortlisting for the consultants.
Maintain & update company CRM, ensuring accuracy and high level of detailed information.

You will have previous recruitment experience or recruitment resourcing experience from which you can clearly demonstrate success. Experience does not need to have been in technology recruitment as we are open to cross training, however it would be advantageous.
You will be customer focused, motivated by meeting and exceeding the needs of your customers, in this case the candidates and the clients you are resourcing for.
You will be honest, open and trustworthy - the type of person that builds long term, mutually beneficial relationships.
