HR Business Partner - Global Organisation - County Tyrone

MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with a well-recognised, global organisation based in County Tyrone, who currently require a highly experienced HR Business partner on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with all parts of the business, working hard to ensure the implementation of a world class HR service. The role will also have a major focus on talent management, ensuring the organisation are attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.

The role

The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business. The role is firmly a generalist position, covering various areas included talent management, recruitment, onboard, learning & development, HR systems and employee relations, just to name a few.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, the successful candidate will be an advocate for the employer's vision and values, committed to driving the overall company culture, alongside day to day HR duties. The successful HR Business Partner will also support senior stakeholders by driving the learning and development strategy to meet future business needs, as well as supporting on succession planning, to ensure the business are developing their best talent internally.

The HR Business Partner will manage to full performance management cycle, including performance improvement plans, ensuring line managers have the correct training and capability to handle these processes effectively. Talent Management will also be a big part of the role, ensuring the business are consisting promoting their brand, attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.

The successful candidate

To apply for this outstanding HR Business Partner opportunity, it is essential you possess the following:

  • 5+ years' experience working at HR Business Partner level
  • Degree in a relevant discipline and CIPD Level 5 qualifcation
  • Experience working in a complex environment
  • Strong generalist skillset, including talent management
  • Extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong legislation knowledge
  • Proven track record of working in a business partner capacity to deliver commercial results
  • Ability to be flexible to travel to other sites in NI when required
