HR Advisor - Large Organisation
MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with an expanding private sector organisation, who wish to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
The successful HR Advisor will enjoy working in an expanding, progressive environment, working alongside an experienced HR Business Partner to provide consistent HR advice and guidance across the business.
The HR Advisor will join a well-established, expanding business, currently going through a period of change.
Reporting to an experienced HR Business Partner, the successful HR Advisor will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business.
You will be responsible for a specific business area, communicating with staff at all levels, including senior management. As HR Advisor, you will provide consistent advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, absence management, representing the company during audits, employee relations, recruitment and disciplinaries.
The HR Advisor will work closely with other departments, including the training and recruitment teams, focusing on talent management, ensuring employees at all levels have clear career pathways.
