Senior HR Generalist - Craigavon Area - Manufacturing
MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a global manufacturing organisation based in the Craigavon area, who wish to recruit a Senior HR Generalist on a permanent basis.
The successful Senior HR Generalist will enjoy working in a progressive, forward-thinking environment, with a key focus on engagement and professional development.
The successful Senior HR Generalist will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders across numerous the business, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for the overall HR Generalist remit, providing advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, recruitment and disciplinaries. Case management will be a big part of the role, guiding and advising stakeholders on various employee relations issues, keeping on top of employment legislation.
The successful candidate will also be involved in various projects as and when required, including those related to talent management, employee engagement and employee well-being. You will work closely with your stakeholders to identify top talent within the business, ensuring development programmes are implemented on a regular basis.
