MCS Human Resources is delighted to be represented a cutting edge, innovative service based organisation, located in the Holywood, currently seeking a HR Assistant on a permanent, full time basis.

The business provides bespoke solutions to a range to different clients, understanding the clients requirements in great depth, ultimately delivering a tailored solution for each client.
Reporting to HR Manager, the successful HR Assistant will support line management to cover a wide range of HR issues within the business, including implementing policies and procedures, employee relations and key projects. The successful candidate will partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the companies people strategy and business strategy is well aligned.
The HR Officer will assess the business as a whole, ensuring the right people are doing the right roles, identifying top talent early to ensure it is developed through appropriate development programmes. This will ultimately contribute to strong employee engagement, motivating employees to develop internally and progress, reducing staff turnover.
Recruitment & selection will also form a part of the role, with the HR Officer taking full responsibility to ensure the company attracts the best talent into the business, at all levels. This will involve a combination of direct sourcing, as well as liaising with recruitment partners when / if required.
The successful candidate
The ideal candidate will be a CIPD qualified, with extensive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
