Senior HR Manager - Leading Private Sector Client - Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be representing a leading private sector organisation based in Belfast, currently going through a period of change. Well established, this progressive employer is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the MD, the successful Senior HR Manager will provide support in implementing HR and Business Change initiatives aimed at improving HR and organisational capability. In addition to this, the HR Manager will work closely with Senior Management and HR Team with the effective delivery of HR interventions, advice and provision of operational support.
Change Management will make up a huge part of the role, delivering diverse change management, ensuring the HR aspects of key change initiatives are managed smoothly. Projects will include a range of different initiatives, including the review of reward and recognition programmes, succession planning, health & wellbeing incentives, as well as policy development. You will ultimately ensure line management can implement these initiatives across the business, ensuring a smooth change process.
The Senior HR Manager will also be involved in day to day HR Advice and Guidance, including complex employee relations issues in accordance with employment legislation and best practice.
The successful candidate
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, with extensive HR Generalist experience in a fast paced environment. It is also essential the successful applicant has exposure to volume employee relations issues, with knowledge of NI legislation.
