Finance Manager - Newry

MCS Group are looking for a Finance Manager to join a locally run business in the Newry area.

The Company:

Our client is a local business based in the Newry area with multiple sites across Northern Ireland. Now is a great time to join the company as they look to add a Finance Manager to oversee their finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the board and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overseeing the rest of the finance function;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management & project accounts;
• Preparation of financial reporting;
• Provide expenditure monitoring, analysis and reporting;
• Preparation of statutory accounts;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
• Open to industry or practice background;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong IT skills.
