Accounts Assistant

Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ownership of the Sales Ledger for your chosen entity meeting our clients SLA time frames
  • Assisting with the month end close process for review and sign off
  • Reconciliation of month end reports
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Aid in gathering information for audit
  • Cash allocations ensuring payments are allocated correctly on the finance system

Criteria

  • Educated to A-Level standard (in a mathematics or business-related subject) or equivalent is essential
  • Previous experience in a finance capacity at a transactional level
  • Possess a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines is essential
