The role is based with a family run, well established and renowned construction contractor based in Portadown with all of their work based in Northern Ireland. The organisation have recently completed a number of major projects and have plenty of work for the future which offers candidates the job security which is crucial in todays unstable market.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years in Quantity Surveying or Estimating.
• Third level degree in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent is desirable.
• Experience of MTC and NEC Contracts.
