MCS Group are proud to work with a well renowned contractor based in County Armagh who operate in a number of different divisions to bring to market a Site Manager role based in North Dublin on a major retail park refurbishment project. The company have recently established a new contract resulting in the requirement for a Site Manager to join their team.

The project is going to be based in North Dublin, commutable from the County Down / Armagh area. The company are offering candidates a competitive salary, benefits package and a company van. If the successful candidate would prefer to stay in Dublin during the week this can too be provided by the contractor.

This is an urgent requirement for the organisation and they are therefore keen to have a candidate in place before the end of December to start the new year fresh.

Your New Role:

• Reporting to the contracts manager, you will be responsible for all on site management ensuring all projects are completed on time and to the standard required by the client.
• Plan and manage all project briefs, specifications, designs and Health & Safety proposals are agreed and a programme is in place.
• Manage and maintain the client relationship function to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage project handover and ensuring defect inspection completion.
• Provide updates to Contract Manager on progress of project.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years site management experience.
• A Degree or HND/HNC in a construction related subject is preferred.
• Understanding of all building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
