The Opportunity

Our client has taken their passion for creating bespoke insurance packages and have applied that in the creation of this new opportunity. They are seeking to bring on board an experienced and successful Commercial Account Executive to join in a unique capacity; with greater flexibility, earning potential and autonomy all on offer to the successful candidate.

Core elements of the role will include:

  • Proactively developing new business and growing your book
  • Nurturing existing clients to ensure high retention and referral rates
  • Networking both online and in person and growing relationships with key prospects
  • Working with a dedicated team of support staff who will handle the administrative burden
  • Managing your time to maximise profitability whilst achieving a balance that works for you

The candidate

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Account executive role should be:

  • An experienced Commercial Account Executive already working in the field
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine track record of success as evidenced by current and past performance
  • Capable of working without supervision and able to excel when given autonomy
  • Driven to achieve the highest levels of success, and to exceed rather than simply meet targets
  • A relationship builder, able to build trust and win business
  • Comfortable with taking on responsibility and eager to take on responsibility for their own career
