MCS Human Resources is delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing organisation based in Ballymena currently seeking a HR Administrator to join an existing HR team.
A market leading consumer goods business
Reporting to HR Manager, the successful HR Administrator will cover a range of HR issues, including assisting with disciplinary and grievances when necessary, supporting line managers and interviewing employees
Recruitment & selection will also form a part of the role, sourcing and interviewing candidates when required, as well as collating all required paperwork for employees
Ensuring payroll information is updated and accurate on the system
