MCS Group is recruiting an Electrical Engineer, with excellent problem-solving skills to fulfil the position of Electrical Engineer - Technical Specialist Support
In this role you will work in The Product Support Group, which aims to provide fast and efficient technical support to the network of dealers across EMEA. The team work hard to maintain strong bonds with their dealers, offering excellent customer service in addition to technical support.
In this role you will support the dealers from the factory where the products are made and work with a consultative approach with various departments within the factory and other international location to ensure issues are resolved.
You will provide input into current and future product design referring to real world feedback from their dealers
The Successful candidate:
Hold HND or a degree in Electrical Engineering, with experience on electrical troubleshooting, engineering and/or product improvement.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to use their electrical knowledge to enhance our clients technical support to their dealers.
You will use your skills to troubleshoot technical issues, using electrical schematics and a wide range of technical information available on the internal systems.
This role may suit an Electrical Engineering graduate with work experience gained in an engineering problem solving role, who wishes to have an excellent opportunity with Global organisation where you will be rewarded in return with thorough in-depth training and practical experience to become a highly specialised engineer n your field.
