MCS Group is thrilled to be assisting with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner, for a leading NI organisation based in Belfast, on a full time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will work closely with managers & employees in a dedicated business function to develop & maintain a positive work environment.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all aspects of HR for this function, and work in partnership with HR colleagues to ensure excellent service is provided to managers & employees at all times, in a consistent manner.
Critical to the role will be the ability to develop relationships at all levels in the company, particularly at management level, creating an environment of trust and transparency through effective communication. Employee engagement is key to the organisation, therefore it is key the successful candidate acts as an ambassador for the company values.
The HR Business Partner will be expected to fulfil a full remit of HR responsibilities and will need to have good generalist and hands on experience across employee relations, performance management and reward. They will also coach and support managers on people-related matters, supplying the tools and guidance to effectively manage their teams

Suitable candidates will possess a relevant degree, be CIPD qualified and have experience working within an organisation where they have worked with senior team members, possessing extensive employee relations experience.
