Due to rapid growth in our Contract & Temporary IT Division we have a need for a further Recruitment Consultant to join the team and help to secure lasting relationships with skilled candidates across NI and beyond who are interested in Contract or Temporary work with our clients

If successful, you will be working as part of our Contract & Temporary IT Recruitment team in a variety of roles with some of the most innovative and exciting companies in Belfast.
Candidate Sourcing - we work almost exclusively in challenging skills markets where talent is in very short supply. Our main differentiator as a firm is our ability to source great candidates that our competitors and clients cannot. Therefore, you will need to be extremely proactive and creative, using all available tools, in sourcing the best talent for our clients. Social media. Marketing and networking are a must for anyone wanting to become a talent magnet in this space.
Client Relationships - you will partner with your clients to understand their needs, identify their pain points and learn to spot the best talent to join their business
We expect candidates to be highly systemised, social media savvy with a real desire for finding and engaging the best and brightest in Northern Ireland's IT Community. Great candidate management skills are necessary in a role like this, as you manage the candidate from initial engagement to beginning of the assignment
Person & Package
For this role we are open to talented people with or without previous commercial experience. Regardless of your background to date you must be extremely driven, have a strong desire to achieve success and a work ethic to back up your ambition. Given the nature of the role, high levels of tenacity and resilience are also critical requirements. Previous experience in business development or a commercially orientated role would be useful although not essential.
Specialist Recruitment is not for the fainthearted; you must be confident enough to connect with people at all levels, be resilient enough to deal with setbacks and can remain on track when things get tough.
We offer a Market leading basic salary with a top of the market commission structure, designed to both reward and incentivise you to achieve a high level of success in our industry.
Strong IT skills combined with experience of using social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Google+ and Facebook are also necessary.
Full training will be provided.
