Transport Data Analyst

MCS is delighted to be working with one of the large Public Sector Organisations in Belfast to recruit an experienced Transport Data Analyst.

As a data analyst, you will take responsibility and ownership of customer information data and ensure the correct production of customer information for all digital applications. Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage the quality control of processes and work in line with compliance requirements.

The Person:

• Hold experience in managing large-scale data including process management for a range of exports for multiple outputs/ channels.
• Hold a minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in IT or Business Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in IT or Business or a minimum of 3 years' experience of customer information delivery in a transport data environment with demonstrable knowledge of passenger information systems/ standards.
• Understanding of the Public Transport Industry and how Customer Information relates to conversion to travel.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the latest and emerging scheduling and customer information standards.
