Application Support

MCS Group is excited to be partnering with a global e-commerce business as they seek to add an Application Support position to their existing team sitting in line two position within the business.

This opportunity will see you grow your in house expertise within the companies flagship web and mobile applications, utilising your knowledge within ticketing systems and trouble shooting common API and Database issues on web applications.

With a strong global support team this role offers fantastic growth and during a transformation term within the business where they are investing heavily In the support function to take ownership of end-to-end support in its fullest.

(Hybrid - Co.Louth) 2 days in office following induction.

The Role:

• Work closely with company customers predominantly communicating through email, phone or in house ticketing systems.
• Grow your expertise with inhouse flagship applications, enhancing your ability to provide support for a range of customer issues.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and feedback potential bugs or critical issues direct to engineering teams.
• Prioritise tickets in order to meet support SLA's storing all progress and information within internal tools.
• Knowledge sharing with the wider team with a focus on improving internal processes.

The person:

• Previous experience in technical customer support.
• Experience troubleshooting and triaging technical products.
• Strong written and verbal communication as you will be first point of contact for various issues within the business.
• Technical troubleshooting experience within File transfer protocols, database (SQL), Soap UI and experience with ticketing tools like Jira/Zendesk.

Salary: €30,000 - €40,000k , market leading package including (pension, health insurance, stocks and share options).
