Supply Chain Analyst/Materials Planner

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a talented supply chain professional or a Graduate who is keen to develop a career in this specialist area for the role of Supply Chain Analyst. Our client is a global giant brand with multiple sites in NI with massive engineering and manufacturing operations globally. This is a fantastic opportunity to be based in their Belfast manufacturing facility.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a global manufacturing company who have multiple sites in NI. This is a 12-month contract based in Belfast and a 4-day week.

In this role you will:

• Work as part of the wider team involving all aspects of the role from material planning to production scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production facility.
• Collaborate closely with supplier to create and coordinate schedules to meet production plans, along with seeking continuous improvements.

The successful candidate:-

• A degree in a Supply chain/Business or Engineering related discipline OR
• Previous experience gained in a fast-paced similar supply- chain, materials or planning role.
• You will display excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and IT/Computer skills eg Excel
• It is highly advantageous if you have good demonstrable knowledge of MRP systems ideally SAP with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
