The Company:

Our client is a long-standing Accountancy Practice in Central Dublin who provide a range of accountancy services across Accounts, Tax, Audit, Payroll and Bookkeeping. They have a wide range of clients across varying sectors and sizes, ensuring your role offers exposure across multiple industries and excellent development opportunities. Due to continued growth, now is a great time to join the practice as their new Accounts Senior Manager.

The Role:

As the successful Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Working on Accounts (Statutory and Management) with some involvement in other areas of the practice
• Help with the growth of the firm
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Training and mentoring junior members of staff
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Senior Manager will meet the following criteria:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• 5+ years experience in an accountancy practice environment
• Previous experience in a management role
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
