Job Description
MCS is delighted to be partnering with a socially driven organisation who are they true meaning of "tech for good" as they seek a talented senior software engineer to join their Belfast team.
You will work on innovative software solutions predominantly using C#, .Net and Azure, however you may also need to get your hands dirty with Java and AWS too!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Utilise your expertise to develop scalable and high-performance applications.
- Jump into other products and work with other technologies like Java and AWS.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life-cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to architectural design discussions and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of software development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, and Azure with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Java or other OO programming languaues highly derired
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
