Senior Business Systems Analyst

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a local manufacturing organisation as they add a Business Systems Analyst to their team in a role that will see you have real impact. The position will see you working on the company wide digital transformation and be involved in greenfield projects that will support the digital strategy road map.

The company has recently invested heavily in a cutting edge ERP system which is providing real time, insightful data that can be used to shape business systems and business analytics.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills as a Business Systems Analyst as well as gaining new skills in ERP systems and data visualisation tools.

The package:

• Salary £48,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
• Health insurance

About the role:

• You'll be involved in varied, end to end business-critical projects
• You'll be liaising with software developers and SMEs in requirement gathering and scoping
• Managing change and delivering operational processes
• Tracking ERP support and development

About you:

• Hands-on, experienced Business Analysts / Systems Analyst
• A solid understanding of Business Systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding and experience of the MS Office Stack
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or ERP Systems would be advantageous
