Mobile Support Technician

MCS Group is excited to work with a local company who specialise in providing Telecoms and Network Support across multiple industries. They are currently seeking to recruit a Mobile Support Engineer on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. The Mobile Support Engineer will be based out of a main site in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Support Engineer to aid with multiple sites and devices.

The Details:

Set up mobile devices and provide support through monitoring mobile licensing across the business.
Utilising Microsoft Intune to set up user accounts on Android and IOS devices.
Support customers in the deployment of existing and any future applications.
Provide mobile and first line IT support to clients on site.
Migrate client's details from one device to another within 48 hours.

The Person:

Minimum of 1 year experience carrying out credit and service level agreements in a similar environment.
Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Intune (Essential)
Some knowledge of IP Networking, routing, and switching.

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000

Contract Length: 12 Months (Likely to be extended)
