Lab Equipment Technician

MCS Group is proud to be working with one of the top 20 global Pharmaceutical company, to recruit an Lab Equipment Technician to join their growing team.

You will;

• Be responsible for the instrumentation and equipment within the R&D Labs
• Overseeing and organisation the maintenance, calibration, qualification and administration of Instruments and equipment
• Handle the introduction and commissioning of new equipment to the lab
• Manage vendors and contractors while onsite
• Prepare Standard operating procedures and risk assessments required

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years Lab experience
• A good understanding of Lab equipment and procedures.
• Previous experience overseeing and organising the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
• Be familiar with how to certify equipment
• Have the right to work in the UK
