Job Description
MCS Group are currently working with one of the most well-renowned Companies based in Dungannon who are currently seeking to recruit a Second Line Support Engineer who will be utilising their knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure to help the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation of documentation for compliance in cloud security.
Support any on site technical hardware or software (1st, 2nd & 3rd Line)
Assist with the rollout and management of the companies MDM (Intune)
Support Internal users.
Assist with any network protocol, patch management, VLAN configuration.
Assist with the build out of company Sharepoint.
Experience:
3 years in a second line support or similar role.
Understanding and experience of Security & Compliance.
Hands on support with Intune or another mobile device management software.
Support experience of Azure or other cloud based software support.
Windows Server Support.
Benefits:
