HR Assistant - Financial Services - Belfast - 3 month FTC

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a global organisation, based in Belfast, in the recruitment of an HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick start their HR career, and join a supportive team that will encourage you to gain more experience within HR.

The Role

Sitting within the HR operations team, the successful candidate will support all HR related activities across the global jurisdictions in a shared services environment. Key responsibilities include -

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers alike, supporting on company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Support the onboarding process and manage all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation for an array of areas including offers of employment and promotions.
• Maintain and update all relevant HR systems.
• Monitor and support HR processes including probation reviews, employee referrals and benefits.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will have -

• Degree in HR or a relative field
• Minimum of 12 months experience within an HR Administration position, in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in using HR systems and databases.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
