Accounts Payable Specialist

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading transport/logistics company based in Kells, Meath as they look to recruit for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on-site.

Company:

My client is a leading transport/logistics company that have operations across Ireland, UK and Europe. Looking to continue to grow, they are keen to strengthen their finance department with this Accounts Payable role.

Role:

Reporting into the Financial Controller, duties of this role include:

• Maintenance of general ledger
• VAT calculations
• Matching POs to invoices
• Coding of supplier invoices
• Assisting with month end reporting duties
• Intercompany reconciliations

Person:

My client is looking for:

• Experience in a similar role
• Good VAT knowledge
• Sage exposure

Package:

• Salary up to 40k Euro (DoE)
• 20 days holiday + statutory holidays
• Free on-site car parking
• Jumping into a close-knit, welcoming environment
