Accounts Payable Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-known company based in Belfast as they seek to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be working alongside a team of administrators, a great opportunity to learn and develop within both a dynamic & supportive team! Your New Job:

Reporting to the Head Office Accountant -

Specific Duties Include:

• Maintaining company's purchase ledger
• Reconciling supplier accounts to statements and processing payment
• Ensuring all documents are processed on time, accurately and fully
• Liaising with internal management and external customers
• Assisting with closedown of Purchase ledger at month end

What you need to succeed:

• Experience within an accounts function
• Excellent computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Work under pressure
