The Institute of Directors will be investing in the creation of an IoD Academy in Northern Ireland, launching in January 2018.

IoD Academy NI will offer the Certificate in Company Direction, Accelerated Certificate, Developing Board Performance, Role of the Non-Executive Director, Finance for Directors, Role of the Company Chair, amongst other short courses and in-house company training.

The digital campus of the IoD Academy, launching in early 2018, will offer IoD members and course delegates an opportunity to learn online, via any device and through the IoD Academy website or mobile app. Members will be able to benchmark themselves against the framework, identify gaps in their knowledge and access bite sized CPD content designed to support their specific development needs.

We are now recruiting for two new roles to be responsible for marketing, selling and delivering our entire Professional Development proposition under the IoD Academy brand through the IoD NI branch. This new division will deliver locally our signature Chartered Director programme, in-company, consultancy, board evaluation, executive coaching and mentoring to our growing membership base of 840 Directors and beyond.
