Using a Recruitment Consultant vs. a Direct Application

The recruitment sector continues to grow and as it does it can raise the question, “Why go through a recruitment consultant when I can just apply directly?”

Recruitment Consultants can add a significant amount of value to job seekers which saves the bother of trawling through countless job boards, trying to remember where you have applied and what you put on your cover letter.
